From Releco to RelayGo
History of the Spanish relay fabric in Alcorcón, by Madrid, Spain.

The products of the company RelayGo have a long tradition, eventhough the brand RelayGo is young. This is, because RelayGo is the revitalisation of a traditional Spanish fabric. The following information are related to the relay fabric and its history.

Foundation and primary phase Releco S.A.

The company Releco S.A. was founded 1962 in Alcorcón, close to Madrid, Spanien.
She produced relays und the brand name Releco.

In 1975 she starts the co-operation with the Swiss Comat AG.
She starts producing relays also under the brand Comat.

Releco S.A. as daughter company of Comat AG

In 2006 buys the Comat AG in Swiss, the Releco S.A. in Alcorcón, Spain.

March 2013 Releco S.A. Reports bankruptcy

New foundation of the relay fabric in Alcorcón under the name RelayGo Components S.L.

On November 6. 2013 was RelayGo Components S.L. founded. She produces in the same rooms, with the same machines and partly with the same staff as former Releco S.A.

On first July 2014 takes the official opening ceremony of RelayGo place. The mayor of Alcorcón and other politicians were there.

In July 2016 RelayGo Components S.L. declares bankcruptcy.
